Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Positions available for various financial functions such as: cost estimating, pricing, budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis, program planning/scheduling/control and financial planning/analysis. Responsible for reviewing financial data received from both managers and the accounting system for accuracy and provides indications of cost spending trends, as well as cost relationship to program performance milestones and technical activities.  Maintains and presents documented financial information to various levels of management.  This position is responsible to effectively communicate financial/program information efficiently within a matrix organization.

Skills Needed:

  • This position requires a working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Must be a self-starter and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Excellent oral and written communication, computer, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively


Ideal candidate will possess a BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other related discipline plus zero (0) or more years of related experience or knowledge of finance.
