Associate Satellite Operations Analyst

Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.
Participate in more technical aspects of mission planning and scheduling, simple operations procedure and software tool development, telemetry and data review, rudimentary data and satellite performance and trending analysis. Perform data gathering and analysis tasks in support of anomaly and failure review.
- Perform routine analysis of flight data and spacecraft performance and trending using prescribed techniques and procedures.
- Support mission operations with development of simple flight operations procedures.
- Support anomaly and failure review with data gathering and simple analysis.
- Prepare reports.
Education and Experience
Generally requires BS & 0 years or equivalent combination of education & experience.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be computer literate with technical training or experience in computer technology, communications theory, and networking preferred. Knowledge of computer configuration. Cross trained and certified in satellite operations.
