  • Principle Electrical   Engineer and support for Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) Anti-Radiation Homing (ARH, passive radar) system Block 1A   algorithm development
  • Help provide new ARH   receiver and software system troubleshooting  as well as original ARH receiver production diagnosing   of ARH issues that arise


  • Implement, test, and verify ARH algorithms developed for the new   AARGM receiver
  • Provide and implement   technical solutions to ARH system problems
  • Interact with senior   engineering personnel on technical matters
  • Analyze ARH data and support ARH flight data analysis
  • Help coordinate issue   resolution between various engineering disciplines
  • Improve production ARH subsystem   tests and procedures when needed
  • Organize and contribute   to completion of  test and evaluation   tasks


  • BS Engineering or Physics degree and at least 4 years’ experience; or MS Engineering or Physics degree and at least 2 years' experience
  • Require an excellent understanding of radar or RF systems, Prefer experience in a radar- or lidar-related industry
  • Knowledge of radar or RF systems, RF processor board evaluation, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscope
  • Skills in programming: Matlab required, C++ desired
  • In-depth understanding and application of radar   technical expertise
  • Works with minimal direction
  • Independently determines and develops technical objectives of assignments
  • Innovative problem solving
  • Ability to obtain Secret security clearance required. Active Secret security clearance preferred.
  • DoD contractor experience preferred.
