Job Summary

Seasoned, experienced professional who uses company objectives and concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Leads multiple departments while providing guidance, direction, and managerial expertise to ensure safe, timely material movement throughout the facility while meeting or exceeding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Employee, and Cost goals and objectives. Develop and facilitate the application and execution of Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversees the execution of all Safety policies and procedures.
  2. Oversees the execution of the Quality Metric System. Leads the development of processes and procedures to ensure accurate product distribution and management.
  3. Oversees accuracy and timeliness targets. Analyzes data to assess performance and lead improvements.
  4. Analyzes data to determine staffing requirements. Leads recruitment efforts. Develops training and approves timekeeping. Creates employee development plans and aids in succession planning.
  5. Analyzes cost data and support improvement opportunities. Participates in labor and non-labor budget development and management.
  6. Supports, implements and drives continuous improvement activity. Aids in establishing improvement goals and communicates successes.
  7. Oversees the organization and monitoring of goods. Plans and manages future storage and equipment needs.

Other Requirements

MRP and Microsoft Office experience required
