Northrup Grumman is interested in hiring a Sr. Engineering Technologist/Engineer for our Chandler, Arizona location

Job Summary

Recommend options to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Review and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, technical manuals, and specifications. Gather information in support of trade studies. Conduct tests and record data.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform analysis, design, development and documentation of engineering projects, including hardware and software. Perform analysis requirements for components or functional systems. Release results as design data after review from engineers.Conduct trade study efforts by collecting relevant information.
  2. Participate in product and/or system test. Gather, record, and summarize test data. Review and propose revisions to test documentation. Support troubleshooting efforts in conjunction with lead engineer.
  3. Review and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, technical manuals, and specifications.
  4. May function in a product lead role or product specialist.

Education and Experience

Generally requires BS & 5 years.

Other Requirements

Intermediate-level skills related to drawing review and document review and mark up for schematics and/or assembly drawings. Must be willing to travel and/or work at customer site.
