Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Northrup Greumman is currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join the team in Chandler, AZ.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Using work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical manuals, assembles aerospace cables/harnesses to specifications. Cut wire, crimp contacts, pin connectors, apply shielding, and torque hardware. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

  • Good understanding of engineering drawings, instructions, parts lists, and schematics
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools
  • J-STD-001 certification preferred
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 and TM8575 certification preferred

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • 2 + years of experience
