Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Job Summary

Program management of a new aircraft protection product. Manage program activities including Engineering, Subcontract Management, Finance, Export control and Contracts. Build relationship with our product launch customer and Interface with international customers to promote future sales.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage schedule and cost with EVM
  2. Build and maintain customer relationships
  3. Report status to leadership at reviews and with reports
  4. Maintain cadence of resolving actions and process improvement
  5. Develop proposals for additional efforts

Required Education and Experience

  1. Must be able to obtain a US Gov't issued Secret clearance within a timeframe set forth by mangement.  US citizenship is required.
  2. Bachelor's Degree preferably in technical area
  3. 10+ years in aerospace with technical background
  4. Earned Value Management experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Current/active Secret Clearance
  2. Experience in Mideast
  3. Helicopter protection experience
