Position will   assist current admin, as well as additional staff at this location.

This position is   for an Administrative Assistant with a dynamic personality and a desire to   grow their skill set. The candidate will report to the Gilbert Operations   Directorate.

Successful   candidate(s) will need to possess a willingness to support Managers,   Administrative Assistant(s), Integration and Test Personnel in administrative   functions; including but not limited to database/recordkeeping, export   documentation/stamping procedures as needed, purchasing of supplies and   equipment for I&T work centers, generation/tracking of Purchase   Requests/Orders, inventory/management of clean room supplies,   coordinate/manage events and organize travel arrangements/expense reporting.

Required   Qualifications for Job Post:
  • Four years of related experience.
  • Success working in a technical environment and a comfort level with daily   technical process, vocabulary, etc.
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite of applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organization.
  • Ability to conduct research into administrative issues and products.
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
