Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

NGIS is seeking a counterintelligence  (CI) Supervisor to support classified programs at our Dulles, VA campus. CI Supervisor will work with NGIS program managers, security professionals and NGIS Counterintelligence Senior Manager to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies to protect critical technologies from foreign as well as insider threats.  Duties include but are not limited to conducting internal and external liaison with regard to CI and security matters, perform threat analysis, threat forecasts and vulnerability assessments and recommendations and prepare and conduct tailored briefings and debriefings in support of programs.



-        Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university or college

-        Minimum 7 years conducting counterintelligence investigations, operations or analysis.

-        Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI Polygraph as required

-        Credentialed from a recognized Counterintelligence training School

-        Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting investigations and operations relating to counterintelligence or counterespionage

-        Working Knowledge in DOD/USG intelligence regulations and executive

-        Possess superior writing and briefing Skills and publish finished analysis

-        Strong Ability to conduct liaison with DOD/intelligence/law enforcement communities

Ideal candidate will have a combination of private sector, civil service, or military CI experience
